Service Description

Join us in our support group designed to help caregivers work through the struggles as well as the appreciations of caring for your loved ones. This group is open to caregivers of those living at Southern Plaza. Mondays from 6-7pm at Southern Plaza, 2nd floor Chapel September 16 through October 21 Week 1: Get to know everyone, “Addressing and Conquering Caregiver Fears” Week 2: “Compassion Fatigue” Week 3: “Caregiver Stress and Burnout” Week 4: “How to Manage Challenging Behaviors” Week 5: “Fitting in Fitness- Importance of Caregiver’s Mental, Physical, and Emotional Health” Week 6: “Conflict and Communication”
